I have just completed my ADR using hive hub and it was reasonably successful except that my apiary that got infected by a negligent neighbour in the spring had only five AFB listed so I added the other two. I was told that this was completed successfully and when I checked suddenly 5+2 had become 9 . At this point I gave up and clicked completed. Apart from that it was a pretty easy process although the button you start with says ( submit ADR) . Check your ADR here, makes more sense to me with submit your ADR button right at the very end when you have finished.
