Every registered beekeeper gets a vote regardless of how big or small your operation is, just like everyone eligible in the country gets a vote to decide who runs the country.Maybe the election can run at the same time the Annual Disease return or the certification of inspection is completed.If people want to have different groups to convince others to vote for certain people (just like different political parties), let them do that.Just my thoughts. In that way Majority wins.</blockquote>
