There are a large number in the 65+ Age group that still struggle with or don’t have access/understand the use of internet. Some don’t have a PC, tablet or even a smartphone.Would they have the presence of mind to call the agency to find out why they didn’t get the COI letter in the mail?There’s potential for a cock up right there.
