Yes. But it specifically says "Comb Honey" may not be sold. So other than Comb honey is fine.

Again: depends on interpretation.

The implication of that is that scraping a frame down into a honey jar for the pantry may not be that flash either.

Is the active ingredient found in the wax or the honey?
That's a difference.

I've just read that synthetic pyrethroids are soluble in oils & waxes , but not water...So the stuff gets into wax but not honey.
