HELP Please. Swarm to collect. Rangiora.

A customer came into work today. She has a colony residing in her spa cavity.
Can anyone help them remove the bees please?
They have been living there since Christmas.
Situated in Rangiora North Canterbury..

I had a look at a swarm yesterday.
It was 10 metres up in a cherry tree
I put a frame of honey in a nuc at the bottom of the tree and will see what happens….

I have talked to a couple of bee keeper friends. One has a bee sucker? Hopefully he can help.
