Has anyone successfully made foundation using a silicon mould and what was the basic process.
I have a handcranked foundation roller but it is too heavy to send to my son in Norway and I wondered if the silicon moulds were any good and how hard they were to use.

I cant answer your question @John B , because I use a foundation press, but I think the process of rolling adds flexibility to the end result. Compared to commercial foundation, mine is thicker and more brittle. I find its best to use it after its been warmed in the sun a little.
The best I can achieve is 30 sheets in an hour- and unless you had a cooling system, the silicone sheets would take longer to cool down.
