How do you like your sugar?

Doing a bee course a while back I was told use raw sugar, not brown or white, as it's more healthy and the other stuff gives bees the trots.

Looking at Ecrotek I see they sell white sugar

Some bee forums say raw sugar has bad impurities removed when made into white sugar.

What's the general wisdom here?

White sugar to make a syrup.
Raw sugar to use as dry feed.

Never use Brown sugar. It contains molasses and give the bees dysentery.

you can make or buy syrup from raw sugar.
it usually comes down to whatever is cheapest at the time.
