less than $1000 per hive. I guess it depends what other assets it comes with- Ute with Lifter / Extraction facility/ land contracts / Good will.................
I think I will pass on it tho.

Good will used to be worth quite a lot but with many of the new generation of beekeepers showing little or no respect for existing apiarie sites it no longer has the value it once had. I don't really know what the current value of hives is but it is not even close to $1000 even for the very best sites and best hives.
