Monofloral Pollen?

Are there any beekeepers that can collect close to monofloral pollen?
A PhD student at the university here is wanting some for experimental work. He is prepared to so a little sorting but the bees I have in and around Dunedin tend to collect a liquorice allsorts of pollen year round.

If the S, Rata flowers this next year I can provide pure Rata pollen because that is all there is.
