Rolling food shortages and storing honey

I kept bees back in the 1970's early 80's it was easy as then. This varroa is a steep learning curve! So I am right back as a beginner all over...
Meanwhile I have been reading this relaxed forum.... many of you talking about storing honey or not. This young fella called "Ice Age Farmer" has just posted this and I think we should all be aware of what is coming....

perhaps if you can get the product you guys n gals are storing over to him.....

It'll never happen like that in western countries.
Govt have been keeping food cheap for 50yrs and will find ways to continue that .
If there is demand for something there will be someone to supply .

Broccoli is 3.50 in the supermarket & its rotting in the paddock round here because it’s been so blooming wet they can’t get in to pick it!
