that looks really home made. a bit of vinyl, speaker wiring and what looks to be an indoor bench power supply.

we trailed one many years ago. a glass plate with high voltage wires across it and used something similar to electric fence unit. no idea of voltage used but it really annoys the crap out of them, which makes them sting the plate.

i don't think we got paid for the venom collected so that went out the window.
